Fazenda Giori has been owned by the Giori family since 1997. This family of Italian descent arrived in Brazil in 1895, when coffee was first cultivated there. Since then, generations of the family have dedicated themselves to the cultivation, growing, and processing of coffee, expanding their experience with coffee and passing on their love for it from generation to generation.

As pioneers in robusta coffee cultivation, Fazenda Giori has dedicated itself for more than a decade to coffee growing with regenerative soil management, integrating production systems to benefit the land, people, and the planet.
The special characteristic of Fazenda Giori coffee lies not only in its taste but also in the care taken to produce healthy coffee on healthy soil, combining health with taste and sustainability.

The pursuit of a respectful relationship with the soil.
In the current generation, the fascination with coffee cultivation has grown in equal measure with the family's desire to establish a respectful relationship with the soil, nurturing it without harming it, respecting its cycles, phases, and natural ability to generate life.

The combination of coffee cultivation with the desire to transform the farm into a living, pulsating agricultural organism led to the introduction of pesticide-free, sustainable agriculture. The result is a very sustainable management system that harmonizes with other crops, such as sheep farming, which is now fully integrated with the coffee. Intercropping has proven to be a method that facilitates the nutrition of the coffee without harming the soil and living organisms.
