Mooleh Manay Estate coffee is sustainably and environmentally friendly cultivated in an agroforestry system and fair trade.
Mooleh Manay Estate was founded in 2013 by Ms. G.G. Padmashree with the aim of producing high-quality coffee sustainably and environmentally friendly using modern farming methods. The farm is now managed by the duo Komal Sable and Akshay Dashrath and produces some of the most exciting coffees in India, including this spectacular Double Fermented Black Honey Excelsa.
The Mooleh Manay Estate is located in North Coorg, on the banks of the Harangi, in the foothills of the Western Ghats mountains.
We source this coffee from Thissideup coffee, from South India Coffee Company (SICC). SICC was founded in 2017 by the couple Komal Sable and Akshay Dashrath, with the plan to better market Indian specialty coffee. They are 5th generation coffee producers from Coorg, one of the oldest coffee growing regions in India.
