Our South Italian.
The N. 06 is probably the darkest temptation that the Röstlabor has ever produced.
50% Arabica from Brazil harmonizes with 50% Indonesian Fine Robusta. The two coffees are pulped natural processed and result in a beautiful aroma with a thick crema.
Milk chocolate, nut and caramel. Full body. Low acidity.

Dark roasted. A roast that makes you dream of the South!
Organic is good, a lab test is better.
We have a long-standing partnership with the Indonesian cooperative Rende Nao: they supply the Robusta beans for our N.06.
Rende Nao is fully committed to sustainability in all aspects. But because the cooperative is very small, it cannot afford the complex process of organic certification.
Therefore, we have now had the coffee from Rende Nao tested by SQTS (Swiss Quality Testing Services) for any pesticide residues.
The result is clear. In our N.06, there are no – zero, none, not the slightest – pesticide residues. In other words: Rende Nao's coffee is demonstrably grown entirely organically, even if the cooperative does not have a certificate for understandable reasons.
We find that this knowledge gives the N.06 an even more delicious taste nuance.
