We fine-tuned the blend for this coffee until it met our expectations for a long or lungo coffee. 

Lungo means "long" in Italian. A Caffè Lungo is a long espresso. Or Kafi Creme aka Schale.

How long you want to drink your Lungo is up to you. There is no exact definition either. It's simply a matter of taste. We liked it best with 95 ml of water.

A roast for those who drink their coffee with a bit more water. With thick crema and a long caramel aftertaste. Whether in a fully-automatic machine, portafilter, or even a Bialetti. 

50% Arabica from India harmonize with 50% Robusta from India.
