Lighter in the mouth (but still full-bodied), brighter and livelier with tart fruit flavors. Makes an excellent espresso or a wonderful filter coffee.
This coffee is definitely one of the best Canephora coffees in the world, demonstrating what this very robust and high-yielding coffee variety is capable of. This Robusta was grown at a very high altitude. Since Nan province is located at 19 degrees north latitude, growing Robusta at a higher altitude is not possible.
